A goal started is just the beginning of a new life.

I will create boundaries that allow me to excel professionally while also prioritizing personal health, family, and well-being.

 I will improve my ability to convey ideas clearly, engage audiences effectively, and communicate with confidence in professional settings. 

Increase My Influence in Thought Leadership

 I will write, speak, and contribute to discussions that shape the future of my industry and inspire others. 

Give Back Through Service and Volunteer Work

 I will use my skills and experiences to support my community, mentor young professionals, and contribute to meaningful causes. 

Prioritize Fitness and Health

 I will maintain a consistent fitness routine, focus on mobility and strength, and reach a healthy weight to ensure long-term well-being and energy for my personal and professional life. 

Coach and Mentor Future Leaders

 I will invest in the growth of others by sharing my experiences, guiding them through challenges, and helping them reach their full potential. 

Summary of Goals

My Qualifications as a Goal Setter

From a young age, I understood the importance of setting goals, a lesson I first encountered in Boy Scouts and high school. The discipline of mapping out objectives, whether for earning merit badges or preparing for life beyond school, became second nature. Influential thinkers like Zig Ziglar, Brian Tracy, and Jim Rohn reinforced the value of writing down goals, breaking them into actionable steps, and committing to continuous improvement.

Today, that mindset remains a cornerstone of my personal and professional growth. As I complete my degree in Organizational Leadership from ASU, I recognize that learning and development never stop. My professional goals include advancing my leadership skills, expanding my network, mentoring others, and staying at the forefront of industry innovation. Additionally, I am committed to enhancing my communication abilities, achieving a master’s degree, and contributing to meaningful projects that create lasting impact.

Beyond career aspirations, I am prioritizing work-life balance and personal well-being. A new focus is maintaining my fitness and health, ensuring that I have the energy and mobility to excel in every aspect of life. Goal-setting is not just a one-time exercise—it’s a lifelong habit. As long as I can, I will continue to grow, set new challenges, and refine the path ahead.
