Thematic Analysis Presentation,

“You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.” Zig Ziglar

Summary

Thematic Analysis Presentation, I explored the recurring values and principles that have shaped my life and leadership journey. By analyzing personal reflections, self-assessments, and course experiences, I identified ten core themes: integrity, mentorship, resilience, service, lifelong learning, discipline, faith, structure, empathy, and legacy. These themes are not only consistent across my professional and volunteer experiences but also represent the foundation of my leadership identity. Each theme reflects moments of growth, lessons from adversity, and a commitment to leading with purpose and compassion. The process brought clarity to my mission: to lead with empathy, build trust, and help others thrive.

Self-Reflection

This project gave me the chance to step back and truly examine what drives me, not just as a leader, but as a person. It reminded me how often small, consistent actions reflect our deepest values. One quote by Brian Tracy sums up what I’ve come to believe: “Successful people are simply those with successful habits.”  This analysis showed me, my habits of service, discipline, and mentorship aren’t just part of what I do; they define who I am. I feel more grounded and more focused than ever, knowing that if I keep leading with integrity and uplifting others, I’m living my purpose.
