The artifact I have chosen to demonstrate my competency in team dynamics is a team charter developed for the course OGL 343: Social Process in Organizations at Arizona State University. Titled “Clean Start, Fresh Future,” this initiative was a collaborative effort to address the pressing issue of homelessness in Phoenix, Arizona, through sustainable mobile hygiene and medical assistance solutions. This artifact highlights the application of team dynamics in real-world problem-solving by leveraging group collaboration, task delegation, and strategic planning.
